Viene vinificato e lasciato maturare in acciaio, per poi affinarsi in bottiglia almeno otto mesi. È un favoloso vino da dessert, dolce ma mai stucchevole, fresco e appena tannico. Ottimo anche nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Da sorseggiare a fine cena durante il dessert, è perfetto in abbinamento alla cheesecake al cioccolato.

Tastes a Bit Off but Works Well
With it being in a capsule you wouldn’t expect much of a taste but it definitely has one and it’s pretty unpleasant. Nothing too strong just that typical supplement aftertaste. I’d recommend taking it with food or you’ll probably get those nasty tasting burps later. No stomach issues for me though. Overall it seems like a good product and I’d still recommend it.
