This unit features a stainless steel top with openings for ten 1/6-size pans (included) and a removable cutting board. Two epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves and easy-grip door handles allow for convenient storage and access.
Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it maintains a consistent temperature range of 32–40°F, keeping ingredients fresh. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes provide mobility and stability in busy kitchen environments.
