Pro-Tip: To achieve a perfectly clean exit hole without splintering ("blowout"), drill until the threaded screw tip just barely breaks through the back of the wood. Stop the drill, flip the board over, and place the tip of the bit into the small exit hole to finish drilling from the opposite side.
