Oggi è noto a tutti ma intorno agli anni '70 ha rischiato persino di scomparire dalle mappe ampelografiche, a causa della propensione a contrarre oidio e fillossera nonché per le scelte di un certo periodo di preferirgli i vitigni internazionali. L'interpretazione di Giovanni Dri Il Roncat ci restituisce un vino esuberante e riconoscibile, munito delle proprie connotazioni varietali. Fermenta sulle vinacce per circa 20 giorni. Affina in acciaio inox.
Le pappardelle al cinghiale sono l'abbinamento perfetto; non teme, poi, il confronto con saporiti brasati o stracotti.

Best S&P grinder set that I have ever used!
Cute chefs cap! Love that they are glass containers with ceramic grinders. Grinds salt granules and pepper corns very finely in both directions. Excellent purchase! Great value!

Better than anticipated. These are sturdy and work very well. They came with a little funnel to fill, but easy enough without it. They are attractive, I keep on top my stove as I have room. Grind well.
