Chalcedony is a variety of quartz with crystals so small they cannot be seen distinctly even with a microscope. It’s a reminder to us that the same God who created the vast expanse of the heavens has created the minute as well. Among the vastness and intricacy of the universe, we are not lost to Him, but He knows us and thinks of us.
