Core Nutritionals Fury is a straight-up, high-energy pre-workout with everything listed out clear. It pairs quick brain buzz with real gym support. Lots of high-stim pre-workouts just blast you with caffeine and weird stims for a fast start, then leave you hanging. Fury does it smarter. You get a strong hit from 400mg caffeine anhydrous and a mix of phenethylamines for that kick, but it also packs solid doses of creatine monohydrate, betaine anhydrous, agmatine sulfate, and citrulline to actually help your training.

The core is 5,000mg creatine monohydrate, the most researched boost in sports nutrition. At 5g, it's the standard daily amount to fill up your muscle's energy stores, helping recharge ATP during tough sets. In the gym, this means better explosiveness on repeats, holding onto strength across sets, and steady gains over time with regular use.

Fury throws in 2,000mg trimethylglycine as betaine anhydrous. Betaine acts like a cell hydrator, supporting power and output—studies often use around 2.5g. At 2g, it's a good dose here, teaming up with creatine to boost force and workout volume.

For pumps and flow, it's 3,000mg L-citrulline plus 1,500mg AgmaMAX® agmatine sulfate. L-citrulline boosts nitric oxide by raising arginine levels better than arginine does, skipping gut breakdown and working through the kidneys. Top studies use 6-8g, so 3g isn't the full solo dose. That said, Fury par

Core Fury Pre by Core Nutritionals contains 72mg Potassium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg creatine monohydrate — a full daily dose of the best-researched gym booster. It helps refill quick energy in muscles for high-intensity sets, so you notice better strength holding up and real progress over time.
  • 400mg caffeine anhydrous — this is real high-energy stuff, not some mild version. It fires up alertness, gets you in the zone fast, and keeps that drive going through tough workouts.
  • 1,500mg AgmaMAX® agmatine sulfate — right at the high end of typical doses. Agmatine tweaks brain signals and supports nitric oxide, making pumps feel better and longer while working with citrulline.
  • 3,000mg L-citrulline — not the top 6-8g dose on its own, but still solid for boosting arginine and nitric oxide. In Fury, it teams up with agmatine for better blood flow without trying to do it all alone.
  • 2,000mg trimethylglycine as betaine anhydrous — a legit amount for a high-stim pre. Betaine hydrates cells and supports power, helping you push harder as tiredness builds.
  • 1,000mg N-acetyl-tyrosine — this helps make stress-busting brain chemicals, turning the stim rush into focused drive instead of just wired jitters.
  • 500mg choline bitartrate — boosts acetylcholine, which sharpens focus and muscle signals. You'll feel more connected and less scattered during hard sets.
  • 400mg phenylethylamine HCl — adds a big mood lift and motivation kick. That's why Fury feels more pumped-up and fun than plain caffeine pre-workouts.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders grinding hypertrophy who need more than caffeine. Fury delivers high-energy focus for volume, with 5g creatine, 2g betaine, 1.5g agmatine, and 3g citrulline boosting performance, hydration, and pumps in long sessions.
  • Powerbuilders mixing heavies and volume. 400mg caffeine and phenethylamines amp intent for big sets, creatine handles energy repeats, betaine keeps power dense as you go.
  • Seasoned pre users past basic 200mg stuff. If you know your limits and want harder drive without skimping on creatine and betaine, this fits.
  • Early morning lifters needing quick motivation. Caffeine and phenethylamines switch you on fast, ergogenics prevent it from being a short buzz.
  • Physique folks chasing mind-muscle feel. AgmaMAX® and citrulline build pumps and flow, choline and N-acetyl-tyrosine direct focus to form over just hype.
  • Athletes in build phases where session quality counts. Creatine and betaine back repeats, stims hold intensity when tired.

How to Use

Mix 2 scoops in 12-16 oz cold water, down it 20-30 minutes before lifting. That lines up the 400mg caffeine and phenethylamines with your warmup. First-timer? Half it to test—high stims like this can pack a punch beyond the caffeine alone. Use a shaker for even mix, since it's a hefty 23.2g serve. Hits best empty stomach, but if stims bug your gut, pair with light food for slower build. No doubling up on other caffeine unless planned. Skip extra creatine—it's already 5g here—but electrolytes or carbs work for long hauls. Tolerance can creep, so save for tough days or switch up. Store sealed, cool, dry to keep it scoopable.

What to Expect

0-10 minutes: Starts with a smooth alertness lift from caffeine, hits quicker on empty stomach. 10-20 minutes: Energy ramps, phenethylamines boost mood and urge, focus sharpens with tyrosine and choline. 20-40 minutes: Peak time—max drive, aggression, and early pumps once moving. 40-90 minutes: Stays solid, caffeine holds energy while creatine, betaine, and pumps keep things productive without crashing. Days 1-7: Stim and focus hit hard first, creatine building. Weeks 2-4: Creatine stores up, betaine shines more in output and session feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Core Nutritionals Fury?

At the full 2-scoop serving, Fury provides 400mg caffeine anhydrous. That places it firmly in high-stim territory, and the experience is intensified further by the phenethylamine complex, so it feels more aggressive than a plain 400mg caffeine formula.

Is Fury more of a stimulant pre-workout or a performance pre-workout?

Fury is primarily a high-stim pre-workout, but it is not just a stimulant bomb. It includes 5g creatine monohydrate, 2g betaine anhydrous, 1.5g AgmaMAX® agmatine sulfate, and 3g L-citrulline, giving it real performance and pump support alongside the energy complex.

Should I start with 1 scoop or 2 scoops?

If you have not used Fury before, start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. The full 2-scoop serving delivers 400mg caffeine plus phenylethylamine derivatives, which can be too intense for users without established high-stim experience.

Does Fury contain a full creatine dose?

Yes. Fury provides 5,000mg creatine monohydrate per full serving, which is the standard clinical daily dose used to support phosphocreatine saturation, ATP regeneration, and long-term high-intensity performance.

Is the citrulline dose in Fury clinically dosed?

Fury contains 3,000mg L-citrulline, which is meaningful but below the most consistently studied standalone clinical range of 6-8g. The formula partially compensates by pairing it with 1,500mg AgmaMAX® agmatine sulfate to strengthen the overall pump and blood-flow experience.

What does AgmaMAX® do in this formula?

AgmaMAX® is a branded agmatine sulfate used here at 1,500mg, the top end of the common 500-1,500mg range. Agmatine acts as a neuromodulator and nitric oxide-support ingredient, helping enhance pumps, nutrient delivery, and the overall training feel when paired with citrulline.

Can I stack Fury with another creatine product?

You can, but most people do not need to because Fury already includes the full 5g creatine monohydrate daily target. A better stack would usually be something stim-free such as electrolytes, intra-workout carbohydrates, or a non-stim pump formula if you want to extend the blood-flow side.

Will Fury make me feel jittery?

It can if you are stimulant-sensitive. The combination of 400mg caffeine with PEA, beta-methylphenylethylamine, and N,N-dimethyl-beta-phenylethylamine is intentionally aggressive, so users prone to anxiety, rapid heartbeat, or overstimulation should choose a lower-stim option.

Can I use Fury every day?

You can use it on training days, and the creatine component actually benefits from consistent intake. The main consideration is stimulant tolerance: frequent high-caffeine use can blunt the subjective effect over time, so many experienced users reserve Fury for harder sessions or periodically rotate lower-stim days.

Is Fury beginner-friendly?

No, not as a full-serving pre-workout. The stimulant load is too aggressive for most beginners, even though the formula quality itself is solid; new users should either start with 1 scoop or choose a lower-stim formula first.

Beef Tallow Sunscreen
That dry, stretched sensation that I sometimes get from using other sunscreens was not something that I experienced with this one. On the contrary, I had the impression that my skin remained supple and pleasant throughout the morning. I used it prior to going about my errands, having a drive, going for a stroll outdoors, and spending time at the park. To my satisfaction, I did not feel the need to quickly apply another moisturizing lotion on top of the one I was using in order to restore the natural feel of my skin. Simply said, it made it simpler for me to utilize on a daily basis. When I wore it for a longer period of time, I also paid attention to how it felt on my face. Even though I wore it on a number of days when the temperature was high, I did not experience any discomfort as the day progressed. Despite the fact that I was aware that I was wearing sunscreen, I did not feel any discomfort or want to wash my face straight away with it. Because I am quite particular about the products that I use on my face, I found that to be really helpful. In addition to having a sunscreen that is dependable, I want it to be something that I can really endure for a considerable amount of time.

The Best Way to Keep My Skin Happy Under the Sun
I am so happy that I found this special white cream because it is the best helper for my face and arms when I am playing outside in the big bright sun. I keep the bottle right near my sink so I can put it on before I go out to play, and it is very easy to use because the cream feels very smooth and soft like butter when I rub it on my skin. Sometimes other white creams feel very chalky or yucky like flour, but this one is a great deal for the price because it blends in so well and it does not leave a big white ghost face on me once I rub it in. It feels very simple and clean on my skin and it does not have a scary or strong smell, which makes me very happy because it does not feel greasy or oily like a piece of pizza. Even when I put more on later in the day, it does not clog up my skin or feel heavy like a thick blanket, so it is a wonderful value because I can use it all day long and stay comfortable. The tube is a perfect size to throw in my backpack or my travel bag when we go on a trip, and it feels very strong and tough like it will last a long time without the cap breaking off. It is a very practical and smart tool for my skin because it forms a strong layer that I can see at first to make sure I am safe, and it feels much better and more dependable than thin lotions that disappear too fast. I think everyone who likes to be outdoors should get this because it is durable, it works perfectly to keep me safe, and it is so simple and easy to use that it never gets in the way of my fun!

Comfortable to Wear and Easy to Use Every Day
The texture was the first thing I felt. First application feels rather rich but unexpectedly distributes easily throughout the skin. I was worried it would feel heavy, but it blended in more readily than I thought and didn’t leave my skin feeling too oily afterwards. I love that you can use it on the body and face too. One product for the entire family is easier and saves room when packing for trips or holidays. I have used it on myself and my kids when we go out and it has been comfy for all of us to wear. Another thing I appreciate is my skin feels hydrated after using it. Love things that make my mornings easier on hectic mornings. The mixture is smooth and pleasant to wear all day long and does not feel sticky. The container is functional and simple to throw in a beach bag or handbag. I have brought it to soccer games, trips to the playground, family picnics and it has been no problem.

Less cast and the zinc scent is mild.
I use sunscreen regularly. One of the aspects I do not like is the white cast I get from zinc-based SPFs. This one is zinc-based but it has tallow and PDRN. I want to see if they make any difference when it comes application and feel. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. I received Mystic Orchard’s beef tallow sunscreen with PDRN. Comparing its value, I think the volume is pretty good. I received 2.8 ounces. 2. When it comes to scent, I smell the metallic scent but it is not as bad as the one I have been using for swimming. It is there, but pretty faint. 3. You can tell by the sheen that it is zinc-based. It has the same consistency. 4. What I noticed though is that the white cast is not too bad. It blends fast with the tallow. 5. I like tallows because they contain fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin E for some antioxidants. 6. The cica is nice too for those who need a calming ingredient with their sunscreen. 7. I think this would be good for when going out. I do not think I will be using it for swimming since it is mild in scent and cast. Better to use it elsewhere than just for swimming. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that this SPF sunscreen with tallow and PDRN is cost-effective and worth its value if you want a zinc-based sunscreen with less cast and milder scent.

Moisturizing Sunscreen
Size: 2.82 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
The grass-fed tallow base makes it deeply moisturizing—it feels like a nourishing balm. The PDRN complex is a nice bonus for repair.
