Nose: Ripe apples, dried apricots, cinnamon, with a hint of sea breeze and brine
Palate: Dark and peaty, with a spicy undertone. Vanilla custard, toffee, and a touch of coconut.
Finish: Long and warm, with spiced caramel and a gentle smoke lingering on the palate.
