Revitalize Underpowered Saws with Flawless Crosscut Precision

Breathe new life into your workshop with the Freud LU88R012 12-Inch Thin Kerf Fine Finish Crosscut Blade. Designed specifically to maximize the performance of underpowered saws, this industrial-grade blade features a thin kerf geometry that removes less material than standard carbide blades. This innovative design reduces drag by up to one-third, effectively translating into 33% more cutting power for your miter saw or portable table saw. The result is a smooth, effortless feed rate and cleaner cuts without straining your equipment.

Engineered for professional woodworkers, the LU88R012 utilizes Freud's premium TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide Crosscutting Blend to deliver razor-sharp, splinter-free results in hardwoods, softwoods, and detailed moldings. The blade is finished with the signature Red Perma-SHIELD™ Non-Stick Coating, a permanent formulation that shields the steel body from heat buildup, corrosion, and pitch accumulation. Whether you are crosscutting delicate trim or ripping through chipboard, this blade provides the stability and finish quality usually reserved for heavy-duty machinery.

Key Features

  • Thin Kerf Design: Requires less horsepower and reduces waste, making it ideal for underpowered saws.
  • TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide: A special carbide blend designed for crosscutting ensures maximum edge retention and sharpness.
  • Perma-SHIELD™ Coating: Non-stick aluminum alloy coating reduces friction, prevents rust, and eliminates pitch build-up.
  • Positive Hook Angle (15°): Produces a smoother cut and allows for a faster, easier feed rate through dense materials.
  • Precision Tensioning: Computer-controlled thermal tensioning keeps the blade flat and true for accurate cuts.
  • Versatile Application: Excellent for crosscutting hardwood, softwood, and molding; good for plywood and chipboard.

EKGs are difficult and I still don’t understand
Format: Paperback
Hey I’m in nursing school and I bought this… it’s not the pocket size, it’s actually a full size book. It brought tears to my eyes many times. I have no idea what a 3rd degree block is. Hopefully you can learn and be a good nurse! EKGs are for the doctors to read. So don’t be too hard on yourself. But you should probably know what normal sinus rhythm looks like… 👍🏼

My teacher thinks some of the ekgs are wrong
Format: Paperback
Can anyone put me in contact with the author of this book? My ekg/cardiology teacher is slandering her name and saying some of the rhythms she has in this book are wrong. Really upsets me because he is only a nurse and teaching a pre paramedic course. Doctors and cardiologist were the ones who cited this book. The rhythms are correct, my teacher just wants to think he is smarter than everyone else when it comes to cardiology. Otherwise I love this book and very helpful.

Excellent Book
Format: Paperback
As a nurse I struggle sometimes with rhythm recognition for some of the more complicated ones. This book is easy to read with many practice strips to help you comprehend even the complex details. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to learn EKGs or brush up on their rhythm recognition skills. Great book!
