Quello che ne risulta è un vino bianco profumatissimo, elegante e strutturato. Un esempio di raffinatezza.
Anche come aperitivo, il Molin ben si abbina a primi piatti a base di sughi di pesce ma anche a risotti e paste ripiene. Ottimo con formaggi di media stagionatura.
