Fermenta in vasche di acciaio a temperatura controllata, dove successivamente matura. È una bella espressione del terroir da cui proviene, e dimostra di saper raggiungere elevati standard qualitativi.
Si sposa con preparazioni a base di pesce o carni bianche, ed è ottimo anche per laperitivo. Perfetto con il tonno fresco con piselli e cipolle.
