The table is stamped with the official “Groupe des Ebenistes d’Art” emblem. Translating to Group of Art Cabinetmakers; this certifies the creation of this piece in Paris. The stamps also show it is made by French furniture maker; Rinck. Originally opened in 1841 by Jean Rinck; this workshop started in the French town of Alsace. They became a go-to source of furniture and interior design of royalty and elite clientele from the 1920s to the 1970s.
