Redfox A2 12A AIO: The 4.1g Miracle

Let's be honest, your last "ultralight" build probably weighed more than your lunch. Enter the Redfox A2 12A FC , a featherlight AIO board designed by the wizards at Sub250. At a ridiculous 4.1g, including the wires, this thing is so light you'll question if we actually put anything in the box. It crams an FC, a 12A ESC, and an actual, non-SPI ELRS 2.4G receiver into one tidy package, making it the perfect brain for any sub 250g FPV drone that needs to stay on the right side of the CAA paperwork tsunami.

Why You Want It

You're chasing the dream: a 1S or 2S toothpick that flies for more than 90 seconds and doesn't handle like a shopping trolley with a wonky wheel. This is it. By integrating the ExpressLRS receiver directly, the Redfox A2 saves you weight, soldering time, and the special kind of existential dread that comes from realising you forgot to order an antenna. It's the simplest way to get a powerful, responsive core into your micro-build without needing the dexterity of a brain surgeon or the patience of a saint. We're just here to sell you happiness, one gram at a time. For a modest fee, of course.

Specifications

  • MCU: STM32F411 (The little engine that absolutely could)
  • IMU: BMI270 (Because knowing which way is up is generally useful)
  • OSD: BetaFlight OSD w/ AT7456E (So you can see your battery sag in glorious detail)
  • ESC: Redfox 12A (Enough grunt for your 1S or 2S shenanigans)
  • Receiver: ExpressLRS 2.4G (UART, (not SPI) Built-in, so you have one less thing to mess up)
  • Mounting: 25.5×25.5mm (The whoop standard, you know the drill)
  • Weight: 4.1g (Lighter than your existential crisis about that last crash)
  • Power: 1-2S LiPo (Don't you dare try a 3S)

What's in the Box*

  • 1x Redfox A2 12A AIO Flight Controller
  • 4x M2 Rubber Grommets (To dampen the bad vibes)
  • 1x XT30 Power Cable
  • 1x 2.4G Receiver Antenna

A Word From Our Lawyers

We pack what the factory gives us, so if a grommet is missing, blame their robots, not ours. The board's the important bit, and that's guaranteed.

Still Here?

Wow, you're a dedicated reader. Or a competitor. Either way, we respect the commitment. You've scrolled this far, so you've basically burned the calories this AIO would save you. If you're looking for the ultimate lightweight 2S whoop flight controller , this is your endgame. Now, go on, add it to your basket. Your other components are getting lonely.

Classy, Comfortable, and Built to Last!
I’ve never tried a wooden wrist rest before, but after going through a few padded ones (even some expensive name-brand versions) that eventually peeled or fell apart, I figured this was worth a shot. And I’m so glad I did! This walnut wrist rest is smooth, beautifully made, and looks amazing on my desk. I have a whitewashed office setup, but this piece looks so good that I half-joked about wanting to change my desk to match it! It adds a very clean, grown-up aesthetic to the space. One thing I really appreciated is that it comes in several sizes to suit different setups. I ordered the largest available, and while it’s just a couple inches shy of covering the full length of my keyboard, it still works perfectly. It has non-slip grips on the bottom that keep it in place, and even though it’s made of solid wood, it’s surprisingly comfortable and ergonomic to type with. It’s also super low-maintenance—just wipe it clean with a damp cloth. For the $26–$29 price range, I think it’s a fantastic value and honestly better than some of the big-name options I’ve tried. This is a quality piece I expect to hold up for a long time, and I’m really happy with it!!

Check the height of your keyboard before ordering
This is a beautifully made, elegant looking wrist rest. The finish is satin perfectly smooth to the touch. As keyboards vary in height, be sure to measure he height of the front edge of yours before ordering—I didn’t (which is entirely my fault) and found that this wrist rest is just a wee bit too tall, which positioned my wrists a tad higher than I’m used to. Another factor you may want to consider are the ergonomics of solid wood versus other materials and your personal preferences (e.g., I tend to prefer cloth covered gel, because he cloth keeps my wrists from sticking and the gel is cushioning). My closing thought: this wrist rest is that it is by far the best looking of any wrist rest I’ve ever seen. Amazing item!
Color: Brown
Amazing quality feels very nice to the touch, decent size, on the bigger side if you’re looking for a smaller table organizer, but still great!
