Usage Instructions:
1. Wet your toothbrush bristles with water.
2. Dip the wet bristles into the toothpowder.
3. Gently brush your teeth for two to three minutes.
4. Rinse your mouth with water.
5. Spit out the toothpowder residue.
6. Rinse your toothbrush and store the tooth powder in a dry place. Alternatively, you can also mix the tooth powder with coconut oil to make a paste and use it for oil pulling. Simply swish the paste around your mouth for 10-20 minutes and then spit it out.
