 How does it work?

The Vinyl Cleaner is the world's first fully automatic, ultrasound-based record cleaning machine.

A milestone in the care of analog recordings. Developed for audiophile enthusiasts and collectors, this unique device combines state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology with high-precision microfiber rollers to remove even the finest dirt particles from the groove – thoroughly, gently, and with absolute efficiency.

This combination ensures a deep and gentle cleaning action unlike any other system.

What makes this machine so special is the combination of two cleaning methods, which to this day is considered the most effective worldwide: Ultrasonic cleaning loosens deep-seated dirt, dust and even residues from previous cleanings, while the specially developed microfiber rollers gently but reliably pick up the loosened particles.

Microfiber cleaning rollers

Simultaneously, both sides of the record are cleaned by two counter-rotating microfiber rollers. Driven by counter-rotating cylinders, these rollers remove coarse dirt and transport it into the cleaning fluid – away from the record's surface.

Ultrasonic

In ultrasonic cleaning, a membrane sets the cleaning fluid into very strong vibrations. This causes a defined bubble formation in the fluid. After a short time, the bubbles implode, releasing an enormous amount of energy – the dirt on the surface and in the grooves is literally "blasted off". 

After the cleaning program has finished, the drying process starts automatically. The record is gently air-dried by a blower and then lifted slightly for removal.

Dries in 3 minutes.

When the machine starts, cleaning fluid is pumped into the wash chamber. During each cleaning cycle, the cleaning fluid is continuously filtered through a filter that traps the dirt and returned to the storage tank. The filter is easily replaceable.
