Directions
Blinc Long Lash can be used up to twice a day, in the morning or at night and is applied to the base of lashes, as you would apply eyeliner. Only a small quantity of Long Lash is needed to achieve the desired results and should be used on clean and dry skin. If applying in the morning, allow Long Lash to dry completely prior to applying makeup.
