Even with that, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and still finished setting it up. Within the first 30 seconds it was already reporting an error with one of the brushes. They would barely spin, stop, and fail. Even after thorough cleaning, the error persisted. The unit also struggled to find the home dock even when placed next to it, eventually erroring out as well. Given how many issues this had within 5 minutes of opening the like-new box, I returned this for a refund.
