Fresco e sapido in bocca, guidato da una trama tannica fitta ma ben levigata. Ottima la persistenza. Viene fatto fermentare in vasche di acciaio inox, e successivamente riposa, sempre in acciaio, fino al mese successivo alla

Possiede un bouquet olfattivo in cui i sentori floreali di rosa si uniscono a quelli fruttati di ciliegia matura, per poi lasciare il posto a gradevoli spezie dolci e a sottili sfumature mentolate. Fresco e sapido in bocca, guidato da una trama tannica fitta ma ben levigata. Ottima la persistenza.

Viene fatto fermentare in vasche di acciaio inox, e successivamente riposa, sempre in acciaio, fino al mese successivo alla vendemmia. Questo Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, di Elio Grasso, mostra uninteressante integrità di frutto, ed esalta le caratteristiche peculiari del varietale. Offre una bella beva, scorrevole ma appagante nel contempo. È davvero buono.

Da abbinare alle pietanze della cucina di terra, è ideale per accompagnare i cannelloni ripieni di carne.
