113 total maps. There are 3 maps for each of the 36 Congressional townships that make up Sumter County. Each Township has a Patent Map, Patent Index, Road Map, and a Map we call an Historical Map, which includes Waterways, Watercourses & Railroads. The Road and Historical Maps also include the City-centers and cemeteries found in the National Atlas. There is also a Surname/Patent Index and a Surname/Township Index to help you dive into the right area of the County. Included Appendices identify multi-Patentee buying groups and also list the numerous Aliquot (section) parts you might find. This book is constructed to last with a plastic spiral binding, acid-free paper, and a tough, laminated cover.

What is the relevant time-frame (years) for this book?

Whenever the land was first sold or transferred to the public by the United States government. But the truth is that most counties took decades to settle and it is not unusual to find counties where the first patent might date in the 1820s and the last one may be in the 1920s. The important thing to remember is that these are FIRST landowners---not for just a single date---but each parcel is labeled using the first landowner.

You can answer this question with total accuracy by searching the patents in the county you are interested in at the Bureau of Land Management General Land Office's website. This is, after all, our source for the patents that we map.

Loved it
Color: Brown/Wild Duck, Size: Large, Color: Brown/Wild Duck, Size: Large
He loved it so much, he destroyed it so we ordered another. I didn't realize that you can stick an empty water bottle inside. Again, the first one didn't last long, but he enjoyed it

Very fun interactive toy
Color: Brown/Wild Duck, Size: Medium
This toy is very versatile. There's no stuffing yet it's very soft so it can be used as a tug toy. It also makes for a fun fetch toy because it has a cavity to put a water bottle. It gives your dog something that crinkles and can be pierced when bitten and easily replaced with another empty bottle whenever necessary. That is what really makes this toy the standout of all the ones offered by Best Pet imo. I don't expect this to last forever but once my pup gets bigger we'll probably get the large size for her because there's not too many all in one fetch and tug toys at an affordable price.

Great Toy, but Big Dogs Destroy the Squeakers Fast
Color: Wild Duck, Hare, Squirrel & Alligator, Size: Large
My big dogs had the squeaker torn out in no time, but my little dog absolutely loves this toy. It’s the perfect size for her, and she carries it everywhere. Durable enough for small pups, just not tough enough for heavy chewers. Still a fun toy overall!

Fun for dogs
Color: Green/Alligator, Size: Small
Smaller than I expected, but the two little dogs love it! They love shaking it, making it squeak, tugging it against each other & chasing it when I throw it to fetch. They often sleep laying on it.

WEIRD feature - requires a water bottle
Color: Cow, Size: Large
Cute, but buyer beware. Maybe the description said this, but who would think to read for this.... You have to insert an empty bottle (like an old water bottle) for it to make the crinkle noise. There is a velcro spot at the base where you can open it and insert the water bottle for the noise factor and your dogs entertainment. I've yet to do that, but feel like my dog is gonna figure out the velcro and get the bottle out in no time. Seems like a waste of money. I could just give her an empty water bottle without the toy for free.
