Care & Maintenance
To prevent oxidation (rust), this pan requires specific protocols:
Initial Use: Thoroughly wash with soap and water to remove the manufacturer’s protective lacquer.
Post-Use: Hand wash and dry immediately. Never air-dry.
Storage: Apply a thin layer of food-grade vegetable oil to the entire surface before storing in a dry place (ideally inside a plastic bag).
