Handcrafted to order from recycled precious metals, each piece is cast, assembled, and finished by hand to reflect its intended character. Gemstones are carefully chosen for their colour and brilliance, then precisely hand-set to complement the design and deepen the story it tells. The first thing I liked about this is that the on/off switch has a mark on the ON side, unlike my last Belkin power strip, which had a switch where you couldn't tell which side was on or off. That Belkin was remote, which I really wanted, but the Belkin remote never worked reliably even from the start, so I'm happy with a surge protector without a remote but where I don't have to guess whether it's on or off if I can't see the light on the device plugged into it. Also it's not heavy & clunky like some. And the 6 foot cord length works great, too - a big difference with the usual 5 foot cord. Have been using it daily all day for 3 months now with zero problems.
