This exquisite Yangcai Ceramic Vase, inspired by an official kiln masterpiece from the Qing Dynasty Qianlong Emperor (1736–1795), represents the finest synthesis of Western-influenced enameling and classical Chinese Ceramics. Decorated in the celebrated Western-Style Enamel (Yangcai) technique—known for its soft color gradients, delicate shading, and painterly realism—the design features the auspicious “Deer and Crane” motif. The deer (lu, 禄) symbolizes official success and prosperity, while the crane (he, 鹤) embodies longevity and noble virtue; together, they express the blessing “Luhe Tongchun”, meaning prosperity and long life in harmony.
The graceful garlic-head form (suantouping, 蒜头瓶), with its distinctive bulbous mouth and elegant, flowing curves, adds sculptural beauty and symbolic distinction. Every Yangcai Ceramic Vase is meticulously handcrafted using traditional imperial kiln techniques and natural mineral pigments, reflecting the refined artistry celebrated in Qing Dynasty Qianlong porcelain. Each masterpiece is fired up to 1280°C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond, ensuring radiant color, durability, and heirloom permanence.
Embodying poetic elegance, technical precision, and profound symbolic meaning, this Western-Style Enamel creation stands as a remarkable testament to the cultural sophistication and artistic brilliance that define the golden age of Chinese Ceramics.
