Installation & Maintenance Tips
- A four-wheel alignment is mandatory after fitment — toe will shift with the new rack and rack end
- Bleed the power steering system thoroughly after installation to prevent pump cavitation and noise
- Inspect and replace power steering fluid; flush old fluid from the lines and reservoir
- Check inner and outer tie rod ends, boots, and steering column couplings while the rack is out
- Torque all mounting bolts and union fittings to manufacturer specification
