It has a delicate peaty flavour and a toffee like richness and finishes with a soft spirited character. Nose: The aroma amalgamates coastal elements with peat and sherry in a Highland style. Palate: Coffee and salt are very present with a hint of peat and some sweeter notes of caramel in the background. Finish:
