Palate - The Apera provides the platform of juicy canned fruit, the Tawny brings rich spices & thick sweetness, the smidge of coastal peat ties the two elegantly with an earthy, nutty overlay. A balance of bittersweet.
Finish - Sultana and melted butter from the Tawny lingers on and the nuttiness from the smidge of peat creates a lovely, complex finish.
