The Tectus TE540 A8 3D hinge is suitable for unrebated doors with up to 8mm cladding on both sides. This hinge suits doors up to 120kgs based on two hinges per door leaf size 2000mm high x 1000mm wide with a minimum door thickness of 40mm. Suitable for timber, steel or aluminium frames with 3 dimensional adjustment (+/-3mm side and height and +/-1.5mm compression). 180 degree opening angle.

There are two versions available for selection - Non-fire rated and fire rated to suit FD30 fire doors (with integrated intumescent kit where three hinges must be fitted) which can be selected via the drop down.
