Enerdrive ePOWER 2000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter

The Enerdrive ePOWER 2000W 12V Inverter delivers clean, reliable true sine wave AC power from your 12V DC battery bank. Designed for mobile and off-grid applications, this professional-grade inverter utilises advanced power conversion technology to ensure sensitive electronics run efficiently without interference. Featuring both an integrated AC transfer switch and a built-in RCD safety switch, it simplifies installation while providing exceptional functionality for caravans, camper trailers, 4x4 canopies, and marine vessels.

Seamless Power Management with a 16A AC Transfer Switch

One of the standout features of this inverter is the internal 16A AC transfer switch. When you connect your vehicle or vessel to shore power or a portable generator, the transfer switch automatically detects the external power source and bypasses the inverter. With a transfer time of less than 30 milliseconds, the transition is virtually seamless, keeping your appliances, clocks, and essential devices running without interruption. This built-in functionality significantly reduces wiring complexity, eliminating the need for an external transfer relay in your electrical system.

Built-in RCD for Maximum Electrical Safety

Safety is critical in any mobile AC power installation. This model includes an integrated Residual Current Device (RCD) safety switch. The RCD constantly monitors the flow of electricity and is designed to detect faults that could pose a risk to personal safety. If a fault is detected, the unit cuts the output power in less than 0.03 seconds. Having the RCD built directly into the front panel alongside a standard Australian GPO outlet provides peace of mind and assists in meeting stringent mobile electrical safety standards.

Reliable 2000W Output for High-Demand Appliances

With a continuous output of 2000W, this inverter is highly capable of powering a wide range of standard household appliances off-grid. Whether you need to run a microwave oven, coffee machine, induction cooktop, power tools, or sensitive electronics like laptops and televisions, the pure sine wave output (with less than 3% Total Harmonic Distortion) ensures safe operation. It also features a convenient 5V, 2.1A USB port on the front panel for direct charging of mobile devices without needing an additional AC adapter.

Complete Control and Monitoring

For added convenience, the Enerdrive ePOWER 2000W comes with a removable LED remote control display panel and connection cable. This allows you to mount the inverter out of sight, such as under a seat or in a designated electrical compartment, while keeping the control panel easily accessible. The digital display provides clear visibility of your system status, allowing you to monitor performance and switch the unit on or off remotely.

Key Features

  • Pure Sine Wave Output: Delivers clean 230V AC power, identical to household mains, protecting sensitive electronics.
  • Internal 16A AC Transfer Switch: Provides automatic, uninterrupted switching between mains/generator and inverter power.
  • Integrated RCD Safety Switch: Fast-acting residual current device (trips under 0.03s) for enhanced personnel protection.
  • Included Remote Control Panel: Features a digital LED display for remote monitoring and operation.
  • Robust Protection Systems: Includes low voltage, over voltage, overload, and high-temperature shutdown mechanisms.
  • Standard 12V Compatibility: Operates efficiently within a 10.5V to 15.5V DC input range.

Engineered for Demanding Environments

Built with a robust aluminium casing, this 5.9 kg unit is designed to handle the vibrations and demands of off-road and marine travel. The heavy-duty DC terminals ensure a secure connection to your battery bank, while temperature-controlled cooling fans maintain optimal operating temperatures. Designed to meet required Australian standards and CE EMC categories, this inverter provides a highly reliable core for your mobile electrical system.

Equip your 4x4, caravan, or boat with professional-grade mobile power. Order the Enerdrive ePOWER 2000W Inverter with AC Transfer and RCD today for a safer, more integrated off-grid energy solution.

Excellent Tool for Approaching Homer via English
Format: Hardcover
I love the Loeb editions of Homer. I've already ready the Odyssey, now moving on to the Iliad. What I've especially started to enjoy with this volume of the Iliad is the editors decision to "call out" which lines were rejected by which ancient commentators (Aristarchus, etc.). This adds some fun to the reading because you get to review the line in Greek and try to surmise why they rejected it, or how the passage would work without the line. The translation is reasonably modern but still "lordly" and has the tone of a war epic. It was enjoyable to read aloud in both English and Greek.

2,800 years worth of people have heard/read Homer
Format: Hardcover
I just finished reading volume 1 of Homer's Iliad published by The LOEB Classical Library in conjunction with Harvard University Press. The translation is by A.T. Murray with revisions made by William F. Wyatt. The LOEB Classical Library is a academically trusted collection of Greek and Latin publications. The translations are normally more literal than those you might find at your local Barnes and Noble, therefore they read more like an archaic form of English. Homer's Iliad can be found on nearly every great works of literature list. Harold Bloom considered Homer to be in the same family with Cervantes, Dante, and Shakespeare. The Iliad has been read for thousands of years, and every reputable honors program includes his works in their required readings lists. His writings influenced Tolkien and George R.R. Martin. His descriptions of war are grotesque and inspiring. The pantheon of deities he created in his stories set the stage for the Greek mythology that followed him. This is the understanding I had when approaching the book. The bar was set rather high and unlike most expectations these ones were surpassed. As I finished reading volume 1, I asked myself, "how could a writer from the 8th century B.C. have achieved so much, when so many from our era have achieved so little?" Homer had no paper trail of literary criticism to follow. He had no classes in writing style and technique, and yet the Iliad is of such a high caliber that we still read him today. Wayne C. Booth brought to our attention Homer's "leave nothing up to the reader" style of reading. If Homer wants you to favor one group over another, he is going to come out and say it. He can tell you every thought and intent of each character. Homer doesn't care that it would be impossible for anyone to know the thoughts of Agamemnon or Hector. He knows what they thought and that's enough. Many writers today shy away from such literary techniques in favor of modes that demand "reader response." This is not necessarily bad, it's just a different approach but many of their works, if not all, will not demand the attention of 2,800 years worth of readers.

Excellent for learning Homeric Greek
Format: Hardcover
The book is bilingual Homeric Greek-English. It is a Word to word translation of the wonderful ancient text... Reading Iliad is a must for all modern man. With this book, with the help of the opposite page English translation, you can read it in its original too. Homeric Greek is not biblical Greek. It's even older and more beautiful.. So, It may not be the best book for biblical greek readers or learners. But if you are serious about learning ancient Greek and want to do it by reading it word by word with the help of English translation, this book is the right one to start with. Homeric Greek is a dead language, therefore people don't know how to pronounce it. There are many theories about it but there is an interesting guy on YouTube with the nickname "kleber kosta", and he is the best reader of Iliad when it comes to pronouncing it.

This is a wonderful adjunct to any text for anyone interested in Homeric Greek. It reads well in and of itself and seems to be highly accurate. Of course I recommend it.
