Planted in 1995, 14 acres with a mix of varieties on clay & duplex soils with some quartz scattered through parts. Farmed organically, though not certified. 100% Sauvignon Blanc saw a couple of days cold soaking on skins, followed by wild ferment and full malolactic conversion in old oak. 9 months maturation on full lees. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.

Light, zippy, and full of energy—this one’s super fresh and easy to love. Think just-ripe pineapple, passionfruit, a bit of grassy crunch, and a sprinkle of white pepper. There’s a subtle, mineral edge too, almost like a fancy, citrusy tonic. Bright, fragrant, and seriously refreshing.
