Unlock powerful audio recording capabilities with the Zoom F6, a multi-track field recorder designed for professional and enthusiast applications on set and in the field , including music, filmmaking, and electronics news gathering (ENG). Slide it in a sound bag, sling it over your shoulder, or mount it to a camera; the F6 packs quantity and quality into a compact and rugged frame that's more than ready for life on location. From the large, informative color display to the precision timecode reader and generator, the F6 is properly equipped to please novices and demanding veterans alike.

The F6 boasts a slew of recording modes and resolutions to choose from—record all six inputs at a maximum resolution of 24-bit linear / 192 kHz or 32-bit float / 96 kHz, or (thanks to Zoom's dual-path A/D converters) record them simultaneously in 24-bit and 32-bit float while printing a stereo mix! Look-ahead limiters are incorporated into 24-bit recording to prevent A/D distortion before it happens, whereas 32-bit float mode provides so much dynamic range that limiting is unnecessary. Use MP3 format to keep file size to a minimum, stick with BWF (WAV) format for industry-standard compatibility, or select Ambisonics mode to take advantage of A-to-B decoding and balanced gain linking for VR and AR applications. What's more is that you can track to SD cards to maximize portability, utilize the F6 as a USB audio interface for your computer, or do both simultaneously for safe, redundant recording. Six locking Neutrik 3-pin XLR inputs feed the F6's studio-quality microphone preamps, which deliver a massive 75 dB of gain and ultralow noise of -127 dBu. With switchable mic/line settings and 24/48 VDC phantom power, the F6 can accommodate all manner of condenser microphones as well as balanced line-level signals. Let Zoom's AutoMix function simplify your job; it automatically changes signal levels to minimize the amount of ambient sound in your mix. When it comes to outputs, the F6 has two 3.5mm stereo mini jacks—one is a line out for convenient routing to the input of a camera or DSLR, and the other is a high-power headphone port with its own level control. Timecode I/O is also presented on a 3.5mm jack, should you want to synchronize the F6 with your video camera or other audio devices. To keep up with the pace of on-location production, the F6 offers several methods of powering. Operate it via four included AA batteries or a Sony L-Series type battery (available separately), power it through a USB connection, or plug it into a wall outlet with the Zoom AD-17 AC adapter (available separately). If you need extensive external control, Zoom has you covered. The optional F-Control grants mixers a tactile, hands-on workflow with its 60mm faders, trims, pans, and more, while similar functionality can be accessed from your iOS mobile device with the F-Control app if you snag an optional BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5
