The sandy soil keeps yields low and fruit intensity high. A portion of the wine comes from Monterey County, complementing the wine with wonderful tropical fruit flavors. Approximately half of the blend is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain purity of fruit, while the balance ferments on seasoned French and American oak. This is a classic California Chardonnay with lush tropical fruit flavors enhanced with a wonderful creaminess and a crisp lasting finish.
