The 4-HNE (4-Hydroxynonenal) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with 4-HNE. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to 4-HNE. Next,Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of 4-HNE in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

This is standard plain printer paper for everyday home use, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any issues. I have had no problems with paper jams, ink smudging, or feeding through the printer.
The paper is an average thickness, nothing special, but perfectly fine for printing documents. The color is white. It does not curl, and everything comes out clean and readable.
