This room has air-conditioning. With its total surface of 30 m² (320 sq ft) – divided into a 16-m² living room, a mezzanine, a bathroom and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen – and its 24-m² (258 sq ft) terrace facing south, it is ideal for a couple with young children. The sofa in the living room turns into a bed, and there is a double bed in the mezzanine. Freshly baked bread, rolls and pastries are delivered every morning.

• - €875 per week in July and August (from Saturday 4:00 pm to the following Saturday 10:00 am) 
• - €695 per week the rest of the year (from Saturday 4:00 pm to the following Saturday 10:00 am)
