This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 2010-2014 Cadillac CTS 3.0L & 2012-2015 Cadillac CTS 3.6L. MagnaFlow 551547 includes (1) Donut Gasket, (2) Bolts, (2) Washers, (2) Nuts, (1) Flange Gasket.
