Silver Lion of Corbridge CharmA symbol of strength and courage the Lion of Corbridge charm is based on the sandstone statue of a Lion which was found in excavations in 1907 of the Corstopitum Roman Fort and Town west of Corbridge and is believed to date from 2 or 3 centuries AD. Crafted with solid sterling silver, this Lion charm has been made in the Kirsty Taylor Jewellery workshop in the centre of the Northumberland village of Corbridge close to where the statue was recovered.
