The Rat (SHANK3) Sh3 and Multiple Ankyrin Repeat Domains 3 ELISA Kit measures SH3 and multiple ankyrin repeat domains 3 in Rat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rat Shank3 antibody. Shank3 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat Shank3 Antibody is added and binds to Shank3 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated Shank3 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat Shank3. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

They prevent leaks, and fit great!
We have always used Huggies diapers for our babies and young toddlers because they were the only ones that never leaked or caused a rash. My second daughter was fully potty trained at 2.5 years old and never needed pull-ups. However, our third daughter, who also trained at 2.5 years old, digressed with her nighttime potty training due to instability - we moved twice within the first 6 weeks after she potty trained. So we had to get pull-ups for her to wear at night. Obviously since we loved Huggies diapers, we tried Huggies Pull-Ups, and again, they did not disappoint!
