We will use produce from local growers, quality ingredients we love and foraged plants from the beautiful Causeway Coast and Glens. Each plate will showcase the seasons

In this cooking workshop, Ciara will introduce the Soil to Soul journey of our food; from the importance of our land to the nurturing of our happiness.  We'll cook together step by step through three winter dishes; a lunch, a dinner and a sweet, with hands on participation and demos. We will use produce from local growers, quality ingredients we love and foraged plants from the beautiful Causeway Coast and Glens. 

Each plate will showcase the season’s best and you will learn more about the importance of diversity and fresh food in your diet with guidance on how to create a vegetarian forward approach in your home cooking. 

You’ll be able to ask questions throughout and get handy tips and guidance on incorporating the recipes into your weekly routine, along with ideas for leftovers and alternatives.

We will get the chance to eat together and you can take home your beautiful dishes.
