- Top-mounted heat with an analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat helps maintain consistent holding conditions.
- Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports heat retention and efficient operation.
- 304 stainless steel construction with a stainless steel and polymer exterior is built for heavy-duty daily use.
