The CD163 (Cluster Of Differentiation) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CD163. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human CD163. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human CD163, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Human CD163 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I love this product. The size is perfect, it smells amazing, and my skin has no reaction to it whatsoever (aside from what it’s supposed to do). So just a little background, my mother is Caucasian- my father is African American. I can either get a sun burn or get super tan- all depends on what products I use while under the sun. I only bought 2 bottles- and we spent A LOT of time on the beach/ getting sun. We both used the sunscreen and STILL HAD LEFTOVERS after our trip (half a bottle still full). In addition, neither of us got sunburns- he got a nice sun kissed glow and I got a tan! It is TSA carry-on approved, very lightweight, and easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone who asks! 10/10 will repurchase again :-)
