It has very clean, focused aromas of white grapefruit, passion fruit, lemon, lime, citrus and a saline mineral note. The palate is light, refreshing and very well balanced with savory citrusy fruits and a dry, crisp finish. Youll find it much less overt than a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and more in balance making this a fun wine to enjoy
