Terms and Conditions
- This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled after booking.
- Coupon Codes are valid only using our online portal.
- Pick-up and drop off will be provided upon confirmation of the booking, typically depending on the date of the tour or activity timing may vary.
- Seating Arrangement are first come basis, you may advise us in advance for any particular seats in any vehicle.
- If guest failed to show up for any tour or activity, we will not provide alternative transportation method and no refund will be issued for any no show.
- We reserve the right to charge 100% for any guest who does not show up upon pick up timing.
- In case of bad weather or vehicle issue. We will arrange different method of provide service.
- No refund will be issued for any unused inclusion in any tour or activity.
- We reserve the right to reschedule any itinerary or cancel any activity at any time, due to customer safety and providing quality service.

I Received the Old, Outdated Product

I have been buying these strips for years and my dog loves them so much that they are the ONLY treat he will eat. I ordered a 10 lb. box that arrived 5/14/26 and received old, brown-labeled product that he won’t touch. I had a white-labeled package left from my past order and he will eat those but not the old, most recently received ones. Thankfully, Amazon issued a refund, but I am hesitant to purchase these again.

Not made in USA

The product is good but it is not made in the USA. It says Taiwan! That makes me angry because I don’t trust foreign countries for pet foods. It is well known there has been products from another country that actually poisoned US pets. I ordered the box of 10 and have been giving it to my two small dogs. I will be monitoring closely . They should not advertise made in USA when it says made in Taiwan!
