使用不同酒米或採用速醸、生酛、山廃製法等等、令他們的酒造出多種不同味道、而且大部分都是生酒。充分發揮濃郁香醇的米味、同時帶著微炭酸那清新口感的篠峯在日本也十分受歡迎。日本著名酒類銷售店大多數都有售賣篠峯、現在十分受注目的一所酒蔵。
