- Four-well hot food holding unit with 316 marine-grade stainless steel insulated wells.
- Wet-operation design uses water for even heating and consistent holding temperatures.
- Individual thermostatic controls allow separate temperature management for each well.
- 1-inch copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a master shutoff simplifies draining.
- Includes a 6-foot cord with NEMA 5-30P plug, so no hard-wiring is required.
- Accepts four full-size 12" x 20" pans and fractional pans up to 6 inches deep.
- Includes mounting clips and a drip-free flange for easier, cleaner installation.
