Agave 'Blue Glow' is a stunning hybrid agave known for its elegant form and vibrant coloration. A cross between Agave attenuata and Agave ocahui, this compact rosette-forming succulent features smooth, blue-green leaves edged with glowing red and yellow margins, which appear almost illuminated when backlit by the sun. Reaching about 1–2 feet tall and wide, Agave 'Blue Glow' is an excellent choice for containers, rock gardens, or modern landscape designs. It is drought-tolerant, thrives in full sun to partial shade, and prefers well-draining soil. Like most agaves, it is monocarpic—flowering once in its lifetime with a tall spike of yellow blossoms before the main plant dies. However, it often takes many years to bloom, offering lasting beauty with minimal maintenance in the meantime.
