Protecto's primer free tape can be applied to most substrates without the use of primer or mechanical fasteners, whilst the polyester fabric top layer provides an excellent bonding surface for cementitious and synthetic stucco coatings.

Protecto's primer-free is compatible with and will adhere to a number of different construction surface materials such as wood, concrete, CMU block, OSB, plywood, glas mat exterior sheathing, foam insulation board and metal.
