Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino wool yarn is super strong, long-lasting and wears really well. It’s great for sweaters and can be combined with Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair for extra softness and fluffiness. Heavy Merino is spun in a way to minimize pilling.

Fibre Composition: 100 % non-mulesed merino wool sourced from Patagonia in South America. Traceable to farm, farmers and sheep. Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
Weight / Thickness: 8-10ply Worsted
Meterage: 125m per 50g ball
Care: Hand-wash in cool water, dry flat. Air regularly and depill if needed. Fold carefully or store flat for long lasting use.

Suggested knitting needle size: 4.5mm
Suggested knitting gauge: 18 sts and 30 rows = 10cm square swatch using 4.5mm needles.

Noticed the only negative reviews were because the hooks would not fit and was sort of concerned about that, but I figured it might be one of those things where it’s the person’s fault not the product. Sure enough it was. The hook fits, yea you have to push it in there with a slight bit of force, but it definitely does fit. What those people don’t realize is that by design the hooks are like that to keep a firm hold onto the tray itself. I found it funny how mad people were about that when really it’s very very simple to make it work. Nice product sticks well, seems sturdy.
