High Accuracy – This scanner utilizes three specialized data acquisition cameras along with one high-resolution 5.0 megapixel camera to achieve impressively accurate scans within 50 microns.
Data Alignment between IOS and Facial Scans – Auto aligns data from the Aoralscan 3 IOS scan and the MetiSmile facial scan.
Ortho Simulation – Provides automated features such as one-click tooth segmentation and automatic lip extraction from the facial scan data. This allows for an intelligent before-and-after visualization of potential orthodontic treatments.
Facial Feature Capture and Measurement – The software interface intuitively recognizes 3D facial anatomy, enabling accurate measurement of distances and dimensions on the scanned facial model. It can also compare changes in facial features before and after dental treatments.
Intelligent Design and Construction – Utilizes flashless eye-safe scanning; auto adjust brightness for optimal texture capture; open system allowing for multi-type file export; lightweight and portable at only 800 grams grams.
