料理建議:一包約可滷 2-3斤
料理小教學:
1.牛肉川燙後放涼切塊！鍋中加入少許油將老薑、牛肉、蒜頭、少許辣豆瓣、米酒至鍋中拌炒約2分鐘！加入牛肉滷包、醬油、少許冰糖、蔥段、外鍋2杯水3次悶30分鐘即可食用
2.海帶.豆乾.滷蛋.～～等也可以使用此滷包！將食材、滷包、水、醬油、糖、酒、蔥、薑片全部放入鍋中，水要加到淹沒食材；大火滾了關小火計時40分鐘即可食用！
3.吃不完放冰箱記得把滷包撈起丟掉
