This kit is based on Competitive ELISA detection method and takes 2h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with Prl8a8. Prl8a8 in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of biotin labeled Prl8a8 for sites on a pre coated antibody specific to Prl8a8. Free components are washed off.

The Mouse PRL8A8 (Prolactin-8A8) ELISA Kit measures Prl8a8 in Mouse Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Competitive-ELISA detection method and takes 2h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with Prl8a8. Prl8a8 in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of biotin-labeled Prl8a8 for sites on a pre-coated antibody specific to Prl8a8. Free components are washed off. After adding HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC), biotin specifically binds with streptavidin to form immune complexes. Wash off unbound conjugate. Add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Compare OD450 value of sample with the standard curve through curve fitting software to determine the concentration of Prl8a8 in the sample. The concentration of the target substance is inversely proportional to the OD450 value.

I would have to clean my brush daily. I have not pulled the hair from my brush since the day before Christmas. I still am in shock about that part. My Fine hair is long to the middle of my back, and gray or salt n pepper. I am not young anymore by a long shot, and Cremo has given my hair something it needed for years. I also find I do not have to wash my hair as often as I did before. I can go 4 days, when before it was 3 maximum. My hair has more moisture, is so much healthier, no greasiness at all. I wash once and leave it on for the time it takes to wash up the rest of me and rinse well. Follow up with Viori Conditioner just for the detangling. I think I don't really need the Viori as the backup but still use it. OK the Scent is fine and not too strong, but it does last til I wash my hair again. Cremo don't change a thing. I am thrilled with this brand of Shampoo/Conditioner. Oh Yeah.
