- Universal wire slides hold up to (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
- Ducted heating system and adjustable thermostat support consistent hot holding from 70°F to 200°F.
- 304 stainless steel construction and insulation are built for demanding commercial kitchens.
- 5" casters, including 2 with brakes, make the cabinet easy to move and secure in place.
