Aromas of violet and grape juice lead into bright flavours of strawberry and cherry, while the palate is smooth and balanced with soft tannins and gentle acidity, giving a light, velvety finish. Serve slightly cool at 1416C alongside Greek and Mediterranean dishes, grilled meats or pasta with light tomato sauces.
