Because the item was not working, I returned it in exactly the same condition in which it was received, including all accessories and components. The item was properly packaged and returned without any damage caused by me. Despite this, I was charged a $60 deduction/refund reduction, which I believe is completely unjustified. The seller is attempting to hold me responsible for a condition that existed before I received the computer. I respectfully request that this case be reviewed, that the seller's conduct be investigated, and that the unjustified $60 deduction be refunded to me. The product was defective from the beginning, and I fulfilled my obligation by returning it in the same condition in which it was received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
